Meet Jing, our Culture trainer China
"Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it," Jing says with conviction, because her work is not just a job, but her passion. Born and raised in China, Jing moved to Bolzano with her family at the age of 14. "I love the mountains and enjoy working in a young, international team! South Tyrol is one of the most beautiful places I know, so it's pure luck that I get to work for the Oberalp Group in Bolzano." Jing clearly feels at home in the family business.
For a time, she worked for the Oberalp Group in Beijing, but in the meantime her workplace has returned to Bolzano. From here, Jing conducted market analyses for the Asian outdoor market and oversees sales campaigns in Chinese media. Jing, who speaks Chinese, English, Italian and German, is sociable, curious, active, and always looking for new challenges. Her favorite places to be are the Dolomites, but the mountains of Sichuan in China also have their appeal, Jing adds.
The mountains make me feel at home. They teach me to become mindful, independent, strong, brave, self-confident, and persevering. In addition, I've been able to experience time and again that real friendships are formed in the mountains.
