Kiefersfelden, Bergheim: With the withdrawal of Benedikt Böhm, the previous Managing Director of the Oberalp subsidiaries in Austria and Germany, it became necessary to fill these key leadership positions. Andreas Ehinger, in addition to his role as Commercial Director for Austria and Germany, has been appointed sole Managing Director of Oberalp Austria GmbH.

Sebastian Schaller, alongside his responsibilities as Sales Director for Germany and Austria and Head of the Online Key Accounts Business Unit based in Kiefersfelden, has been appointed Managing Director of Oberalp Deutschland GmbH, sharing the role equally with Manfred Steiner, CFO of Oberalp AG. Both Ehinger and Schaller have been with the company for over 15 years.

The Managing Directors represent the two national subsidiaries of Oberalp externally and also serve as internal points of contact, for example regarding the internal organization of the branches in Kiefersfelden (Dynafit Speedfactory) and Bergheim (Brandboxx Salzburg).

Germany and Austria are among the most important sales markets for the six mountain sports brands of the Oberalp Group. The fan communities for Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Evolv, Wild Country, and LaMunt have grown in recent years, as evidenced by a 6% increase in sales (as of the end of June) in the 19 company-owned retail stores (12 in Germany, 7 in Austria).
