Code of ethics
Acting responsibly is part of our company culture. Ober Alp S.p.A. has adopted an organisation, management and control model under Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. It helps us prevent offences and strengthen our internal controls.
Our Code of Ethics sets out the values and principles that guide us: fairness, integrity and respect for the law. It applies to everyone who works for Ober Alp S.p.A. or collaborates with us. An independent supervisory body (Organismo di Vigilanza) oversees the implementation and effectiveness of the model and the Code of Ethics.
